All children, except one, grow up...
This winter, JM Barrie's much-loved tale takes flight. When Peter Pan, leader of the Lost Boys, loses his shadow during a visit to London, headstrong Wendy (Madeleine Worrall, Jane Eyre) helps him re-attach it. In return she is invited to Neverland – where Tinker Bell the fairy, Tiger Lily and the vengeful Captain Hook (Anna Francolini, wonder.land), await.

The show didn't sit well in the space and definitely felt like it was 'made' for a different space (Bristol Old Vic). The sound design was extremely poor - it was extremely difficult to hear the words of the songs in the mix - again, I think a result of the show not being built for the space. In addition, we lost an item of clothing during the show. Staff appeared disinterested and after a cursory check on the system offered no further help or advice. My son and his friend enjoyed the show but, given the very high cost of tickets I hesitate before booking tickets at Troubadour again.
Excellent show, well presented.
The show was great all of the actors were amazing ...the room was a perfect temperature facilities were good the only down side was we wanted to buy some sweets from the bar but the wait was far too long so we gave up but we managed to get some ice cream during the interval
The show was amazing! John Pfumojena did a brilliant job as Peter Pan, 10/10.
We just came home from watching this joyful and creative delight. What a thrill to watch with my 3 young boys. Wendy, you were sensational and the whole cast blew us away. What a shame it ends tomorrow.. we would have watched it over and over. What an incredible team of creatives, production, musicians, choreographers - the list goes on and on. Congratulations and thank you.
Flying bits were excellent but the theatre a little to far to travel with grandson
The show was brilliant ! Was always finding myself sitting with my mouth wide open just being so impressed with the cast ! Would highly recommend!
When i booked i thought it would be better quality we left at half time as it was like a local drama production / pantomime we were hoping for a bit more west end quality due to the prices charge
I cried - that's good enough for me!
Well done and my 8 year old granddaughter loved it!
stunning, thought provoking, a piece of theatre that really reasonated for the children, adults and grandparents who came in our party - each had their own reasons for being so moved - amazing to have a piece of work that truely works across all generations. Loved the return to the original casting of mother being the pirate, made much more sense dramatically. Wonderful puppetry and use of ariel/bungee work. Very rare to watch a production that really does move you to tears! Incredibly strong response - what a fantastic piece of art!
Incredible production, incredible set and the cast were fantastic.
